- Unless parts are broken or damaged in transit : we will not replace any part. The details need to be shared at care@goofytails.com within 24 hours of receipt of order
- We offer a limited warranty of pump and moving parts. Under limited warranty, parts due to short circuit / high voltage / surge will not be accepted under claim.
- Maintenance, assembly and running of products should be inline with product instructions mentioned.
- For products like Water Fountain Filters – Water pumps need to ensure they don’t run without water in the water filter sump. The water filter sump container should be a75% full to ensure smooth and trouble free operations. There is a designated level line on the filter fountain sump. Please ensure water level is above the line.
